As an employee with Idaho Power, Tim led efforts on numerous projects including Y2K Readiness; an Outage Management System implementation; Call Center Statistical Analysis; and a major CIS implementation with responsibilities over Billing, Bill Print Integration, Meter Read and Contract Controls, and Systems Financial Balancing.
×Tim supported an implementation of the largest Utility CIS/CRM implementation to that date in the U.S. His areas of responsibility included: Bills and Programs; Mass Refunds; EDI Processing; SQL reporting; and developing a full Regression Testing Plan to save time on future upgrades and implementations. In addition, Tim provided training on Best Practices in Testing; Test Results Validations; Understanding Meter Reads; and the general CIS System functionality.
×As an employee of Proclarity, Tim was responsible for the quality assessment of Business Intelligence software and integration with Microsoft Office products; training the R&D Team on the software applications and business functionality; and developed add-ons and enhancements to the product. At Tim’s three month official review, the lead developer wrote that Tim was the best Quality Assurance and Business Analyst that he had worked with.
×Tim conducted delta training at Benton PUD on the functionality in PeopleSoft ERM 8.95 and the differences from PeopleSoft CIS 7.6. Also provided Account Management and Project Oversight on the ERM 8.95 implementation.
×Tim supported an implementation of Oracle’s Customer Care & BillingTM CIS system following Agile project principles. Areas of responsibility included: Testing oversight in all areas of the CIS functionality; developing and maintained dynamic and adaptable Access testing database; developing Rates Calculation spreadsheets; provided training on Best Practices in testing, test results validations, understanding Meter Reads, and the general CIS System functionality; Data Mining and database preparation; and Post-Production support.
